Meshlock / Prices
Every quote is based on the work involved and how complex it is. You get one fixed price in writing, and it doesn't change.
Tell me what feels slow or keeps going wrong. I'll tell you honestly whether a tool would fix it.
What the tool does, what it works with, and how we'll both know it works.
Agreed before any work starts. If the job takes longer than planned, that's on me.
Real tools, most of them running on the Tools page.
Every tool is built around your own process and data, so every quote is individual. These show where tools like these usually land.

Questions
No. Most of what I've fixed wasn't on anyone's list. Tell me what feels slow or keeps going wrong, and I'll find where the time goes.
Yes. I work from the exports and reports your system already produces, whether that's Sage, Epicor or something else. Nothing inside your ERP changes, so upgrades and support stay exactly as they are.
You do. The tool, the code and the documentation. No licence fees, no subscription.
Nowhere. Tools run on your own machines and most work fully offline. I don't keep copies of your data once the job is done.
The first 30 days of fixes are included. After that, you ask for changes only when you need them, priced before any work starts. No retainer.
Because you're buying a working tool, not my time. The price is based on the work involved and how complex it is, and it doesn't change once agreed. If the job takes longer than planned, that's my problem, not yours.
Small tools usually take one to two weeks, larger ones three to six. You get a date with the quote.
We work around it. Never inside it.
Made for your process. Not bent to fit it.
Agreed in writing before we start.
The tool and its documentation stay with you.
